Workers from different public unions protested in Plaza Caracas

Workers in the sectors of education, health, professional associations, students, professors, workers of Corpoelec, retirees and pensioners; as well as the civil society in general gathered this Friday, October 5 in the Plaza Caracas to demand respect for labor rights.

The executive secretary of the Confederation of Workers of Venezuela, Pedro Moreno, affirmed that they will consign a document before the Labor Inspectorate to demand respect for the rights and benefits established in the collective agreements signed recently.

On the other hand, users of social networks reported that officials of the Bolivarian National Police (PNB) were in place.

In images disseminated through the social network it can be seen that people held banners with messages alluding to the protest. "No to the single salary", said one of the posters.

"Aristóbulo Istúriz wants to disappear the unions and we will not allow it. Our collective contract is respected, "said teacher during protest.
