Towards a constitutional dictatorship?
The attitude of the constituents is saturated with arrogance. They feel left over, omnipotent, with unlimited faculty to do what they want. In his speeches, dictatorial, threatening expressions abound. They act like the untouchable kings of the region, without opponents, without criticism, without admitting any suggestion. They are the masters of Venezuela's destiny. They are "handsome and supportive".
I was struck by the overwhelming expressiveness of Constitutionalist lawyer Hermann Escarrá (staunch opponent of the Chávez and Maduro government before the death of his brother Carlos Escarrá) during his speech at the ANC session on Tuesday, October 2. The measured discourse between his gestures, his words and the content was, in practice, a declaration of the end of political rights in Venezuela, a deadly thrust to the right to protest and dissent towards the administration of Nicolás Maduro. An intimidating message "to the traitors of the fatherland".
Undoubtedly, we Venezuelans are facing an increasingly mediated institutionalism, totally kidnapped by the government. An institution infamous for its lack of autonomy. An institutionality that only operates through the threads of the powerful of the regime.
Who is considered traitors of the country? To the adversaries and dissidents of this government? To those who dare to satirize the blunders and the arrogance of the powerful?
Machiavelli, Stalin and Hitler are dwarfed by the debauchery of this new political and economic parasitic oligarchy that clung to power and intends to stay making cause with the Machiavellian principle: "the end justifies the means."
The current constitution, once the best in the world, in so little time has become a useless instrument for the achievement of objectives that only satisfy the desires of a powerful elite. It is a fossil that should be replaced as soon as possible. That justifies a new constitution. By good or bad they want to perpetuate themselves in command. It will dawn and we will see.

¿Hacia una dictadura constitucional?
La actitud de los constituyentistas está saturada de arrogancia. Se sienten sobrados, omnipotentes, con facultad ilimitada para hacer lo que les venga en gana. En sus discursos abundan expresiones dictatoriales, amenazantes. Actúan como los intocables reyezuelos de la comarca, sin oponentes, sin críticas, sin admitir sugerencia alguna. Son los amos del destino de Venezuela. Son "guapos y apoyaos".
Me llamó la atención la avasallante expresividad del abogado constitucionalista Hermann Escarrá (opositor acérrimo del gobierno de Chávez y Maduro antes de la muerte de su hermano Carlos Escarrá) durante su intervención en la sesión de la ANC, el martes 02 de octubre. El acompasado discurso entre su gestualidad, sus palabras y el contenido, fue en la práctica, una declaración del fin de los derechos políticos en Venezuela, una estocada mortal al derecho a la protesta y la disidencia hacia la gestión de gobierno de Nicolás Maduro. Un intimidante mensaje "a los traidores de la patria".
Sin lugar a dudas, los venezolanos estamos ante una institucionalidad cada vez más mediatizada, totalmente secuestrada por el gobierno. Una institucionalidad tristemente célebre por su falta de autonomía. Una institucionalidad que solo opera a través de los hilos conductores de los poderosos del régimen.
¿A quiénes se considera traidores de la patria? ¿A los adversarios y disidentes de este gobierno? ¿A los que se atreven a satirizar los desatinos y la prepotencia de los poderosos?
Maquiavelo, Stalin y Hitler quedan empequeñecidos ante el desenfreno de esta nueva oligarquía política y económica parásita que se aferró al poder y pretende quedarse haciendo causa con el principio maquiavélico: "el fin justifica los medios".
La actual constitución, otrora la mejor del mundo, en tan poco tiempo se ha transformado en un instrumento inútil para el logro de objetivos que solo satisfacen las apetencias de una poderosa élite. Es un fósil que conviene reemplazar lo antes posible. Eso justifica una nueva constitución. Por las buenas o por las malas se quieren perpetuar en el mando. Amanecerá y veremos.

The military "judge" who apologized to the deputy (ex-officio) Gilber Caro

Therefore, when once Gilber Caro was elected deputy by the National Assembly, and later arrested in the protests of 2017, voices were not lacking from the madurismo, as the Tareck El Aissami who unjustly denigrated the parliamentarian-elect by the Popular Will party to be a delinquent of the so-called "black car pran", and although the statement by the then vice-president could have been true, such reminders in the life of the deputy had only a tinge of political hue, where Iris Varela did not appear at all talking about the "best" prison system in the world, much less saying that 100% of those who went free, did not go back to "committing crimes". In other words, it is again evident that the members of the madurismo are a political rot, whose scent of sulfur not only emanates in their words, but in their different actions in order to perpetuate themselves in power.
The recent statements of the military magistrate judge, now a fugitive and deserter of a degraded Armed Forces, who was responsible for condemning Gilber Caro for political actions, and now publicly from the New Granada nation asks for forgiveness, is the eloquent sign that we live under a neototalitarian regime. The courts of horror in Hitler's time were miniature in the face of what the Madurist courts do. Military "judges" who condemn civilians without the right to defense, and less to legal appeal, are part of an eschatological history that imposes codes of moral and ethical destruction, in which the Constitution, laws, and due process are they turned into political slop for the madurista leadership.
Consequently, when Gilber Caro undressed in the National Assembly and from that hemicycle said: "Dignity is not worn on clothes", he was aware of having been in prison serving a sentence for having been guilty, and having served another , despite being innocent. Nobody better than him, to generate in such syntax, the construction with more moral and ethical than it implies to be a person with maximum sense of human dignity.
The madurismo represents the political and legal destruction of society. That is the reason why nothing matters to them in relation to the economic and social annihilation of the people. In the madurismo it does not have meaning that staunch antichavistas are those who write a new "constitution", while such an affray is written in accordance with its totalitarian precepts and of behavioral imposition on the Venezuelans.
For the maduristas, delinquents like Valentín Santana have total impunity to commit the cruelest of the crimes, if these are oriented to guarantee the power to the Miraflores dome; but there may be examples of human rehabilitation in the criminal and social context of the country such as the case of Gilber Caro, which for them will continue to be "delinquents", if such actions or events go against their current of political slop. Verbigracia, to the madurismo does not care a society of good citizens. All of these can be criminals, but if they are submitted to the designs of the top leadership they will have the opportunity to portray themselves as an "example of good" for that same "society".
The deputy Gilber Caro has forgiven the military judge and madurista who condemned him for political actions, and he did it in 2017 a prisoner with such characteristics. Faced with this reality, it is proven that the current leadership of political power, if it has committed crimes that go in that historical reality. About being blind. Anyone with eyes to see.

La “jueza” militar que pidió perdón al diputado (expresidiario) Gilber Caro
Es curioso que a pesar de ser Gilber Caro un éxito de reinserción social, al ver cómo un expresidiario acusado de homicidio se convierte en diputado, el madurismo tan dado a hablar de este tipo de particularidades, en especial a la ministra de asuntos "penitenciarios", es decir, Iris Varela, entonces, sea precisamente este caso el que demuestre que al madurismo cuando se trata de preservar el poder, nada le importa que hechos sociales que demuestran la posibilidad de que el ser humano puede regenerarse, cuando se trata de situaciones que revisten interés político para la cúpula del poder, si es necesario volver a realizar alguna condena contra alguien aunque sea inocente, sí ello les garantiza ese poder, y por ende hay que pactar con el diablo, y mandar a la víctima al infierno, esa será la última voluntad que se imponga en el cenáculo de la perversión política.
Por ello, cuando una vez Gilber Caro fue electo diputado por la Asamblea Nacional, y posteriormente detenido en las protestas de 2017, no faltaron las voces desde el madurismo, como la de Tareck El Aissami quienes injustamente denigraron del parlamentario electo por el partido Voluntad Popular de ser un delincuente del llamado "pran del carro negro", y aunque lo manifestado por el entonces vice-presidente pudo haber sido verdad, semejantes recordatorios en la vida del diputado sólo tenían un matiz de tinte político, en donde para nada apareció Iris Varela hablando del "mejor" sistema carcelario del mundo, ni mucho menos diciendo que el 100% de quienes salían en libertad, no volvían a "delinquir". O sea, vuelve a quedar en evidencia que los integrantes del madurismo son una podredumbre política, cuyo aroma de azufre no solo emana en sus palabras, sino en sus diferentes acciones con tal de perpetuarse en el poder.
Las recientes declaraciones de la juez militar madurista, ahora prófuga y desertora de una degradada Fuerza Armada, quien fue la responsable en condenar por acciones políticas a Gilber Caro, y ahora públicamente desde la nación neogranadina le pide perdón, es el signo elocuente de que vivimos bajo un régimen neototalitario. Los tribunales del horror en tiempos de Hitler se quedaron en miniatura ante lo que hacen los tribunales maduristas. "Jueces" militares que condenan a civiles sin derecho a la defensa, y menos a la apelación jurídica, son parte una escatológica historia que impone unos códigos de destrucción moral y ética, en los cuales la Constitución, las leyes, y el debido proceso se convirtieron en bazofia política para la cúpula madurista.
En consecuencia, cuando Gilber Caro se desnudó en la Asamblea Nacional y desde ese hemiciclo dijo: "La dignidad no se lleva en la ropa", lo hacía consciente de haber estado en la cárcel cumpliendo una pena por haber sido culpable, y haber cumplido otra, a pesar de haber sido inocente. Nadie mejor que él, para generar en tal sintaxis, la construcción con mayor moral y ética de lo que implica ser una persona con máximo sentido de dignidad humana.
El madurismo representa la destrucción política y jurídica de la sociedad. Esa es la razón por la cual nada les importa en relación con el aniquilamiento económico y social del pueblo. En el madurismo no tiene significado que acérrimos antichavistas sean quienes escriban una nueva "constitución", mientras tal adefesio sea redactado conforme con sus preceptos totalitarios y de imposición conductual sobre los venezolanos.
Para los maduristas, delincuentes como Valentín Santana tienen total impunidad para cometer los más crueles de los crímenes, si éstos están orientados a garantizarle el poder a la cúpula de Miraflores; pero pueden existir ejemplos de rehabilitación humana en el contexto penal y social del país como el caso de Gilber Caro, que para ellos seguirán siendo "delincuentes", si tales acciones o hechos van contra su corriente de bazofia política. Verbigracia, al madurismo no le importa una sociedad de buenos ciudadanos. Todos éstos pueden ser delincuentes, pero si están sometidos ante los designios de la cúpula del poder hasta tendrán la oportunidad de retratarse con ellos como "ejemplo de bien" para esa misma "sociedad".
El diputado Gilber Caro ha perdonado a la juez militar y madurista que lo condenó por acciones políticas, y lo hizo en 2017 un preso con tales características. Ante tal realidad, queda comprobado que la actual cúpula del poder político, si ha cometido crímenes que van en esa realidad histórica. A propósito de ser ciego. Quien tenga ojos que vea.
